In a nutshell – we never sell your information or do anything other than send you information on our products or services

We will use this information in order to provide the goods and/or services and/or information that you request from us.  We may notify you of any changes to our products or services.  We may also inform you of other products or services we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about or perhaps other dog goods or services we feel may be of interest to you.

We may automatically collect technical information about you when you visit our site: such as the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your time zone setting, your login information, browser type and version, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, information about your visit, including the full URL clickstream to, through and from our site (including date and time); products you viewed or searched for; page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page. This information will help us to present our goods in the most effective manner for you and may help us for troubleshooting and data analysis and survey purposes.

Information from third parties: we work closely with third parties (re-sellers, breeders etc) and may receive information about you from them.

Disclosure of your information: We only share your information with people if it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk. We will need to share your delivery address and instructions with a courier/pet transport company in order to fulfil our delivery to you.

STORING YOUR PERSONAL DATA:  We do not use logins or passwords on our Website.  The transmission of information via the internet is never completely secure, any transmission is at your own risk.  We do not use a card payment system (there are no fees involved in joining the UK Australian Labradoodle Club).
